CHILD  WELFARE AND PROTECTION

GAA E-Vetting

E-Vetting is a very simple 3 step process and is a legal requirement for anybody working with young people (up to 18 years old), under 2016 Child Protection Legislation.

Catherine Daly (087 9185962) is Ballycomoyle's Children's Officer, and is looking after e.vetting in our club. She has drawn up a step by step guide which you'll find here   E-Vetting Info Pdf.

Step 1:     GAA E-Vetting ID Form

Step 3:     The NVB (National Vetting Bureau) will send a further application form to the e.mail address you provided in Step 2. for you to complete.

All this is explained in Catherine Daly's E-Vetting info and there is plenty of further information on the GAA Website Child Welfare and Protection page.
